Contracts on a contingency fee basis

We consider each order to be unique, and we do not work on the basis of predetermined prices. We always adjust our fees to the task to be performed, the responsibility related to the task and the needs and possibilities of our clients.

Our office carefully assesses the costs and workload involved before taking on each case and only then makes a proposal for the fee.

However, we are aware that the victims of the accident are in a very difficult financial situation. Our firm therefore provides accident victims with full and free legal advice and, if they request legal representation, we are happy to offer them a contingency fee arrangement.

Accident victims therefore only pay lawyers' fees out of the compensation they receive. Our law firm therefore advances the costs of the claim settlement procedure, which is usually included in the amount of the success fee.

Accident victims therefore only incur costs if they receive income at the end of a successful compensation procedure.

Our consultation fee is 20.000,-Ft + VAT. We waive the consultation fee for accident victims and provide them with free legal advice!
